This special issue consists of selected papers from the Symposium on Computer Science & Engineering (SCSE 2021), held in Ho Chi Minh City on October 22-23, 2021.
Authors of selected papers are invited to submit their revised and extended manuscripts to the Guest Editors. All submitted manuscripts are subject to peer-review and the accepted manuscripts will be published in the Vol. 11, No. 3-4 (Jul.-Dec., 2021) issue of REV-JEC.
