Up until now, REV-JEC has provided open access to all of its published articles free of charge to both authors and readers. As we are trying to improve the timeliness while maintaining the quality of REV-JEC publication process, securing a sustainable budget to cover the publication costs has become one of the top priorities. 

Starting from the first issue of 2016, we kindly ask authors of accepted articles to share part of the publication expenses, under the form of an author publication fee of 150 USD per article. Discounts are available to members of REV, IEEE, KICS (South Korea) and ECTI (Thailand), to authors of selected papers from REV's ATC and ECIT conferences, and to frequent authors (published 3 articles or more with REV-JEC in the last 5 years). Detailed fee schedule is given below:

• Non-member fee: 150 USD / 3.000.000 VND
• Member fee: 100 USD / 2.000.000 VND
• REV's ATC and ECIT author fee:  100 USD / 2.000.000 VND
• Frequent author fee: 50 USD / 1.000.000 VND

These fees are subject to review on an annual basis.
